What it does and what's coming

ONE chat is intended to be the in-ecosystem communication channel — not a separate app you have to remember to open, but a layer that other ONE projects can consume.

  • Building out the real-time messaging surface for use across the ONE ecosystem.
  • Wiring chat into the other ONE projects so a single signed-in identity carries between them.
  • We do not publish a feature list or delivery schedule for work that has not shipped. The 2026 roadmap is the canonical place to watch for milestone changes.

How it fits into the ecosystem

ONE chat is a user-facing communication layer for the rest of the ecosystem. It depends on identity from elsewhere and on infrastructure run by the operator program.

  • ONE ID is the identity layer ONE chat is intended to authenticate against — the chat experience is meant to follow the verified person, not a per-app login.
  • ONE pump, ONE deal, ONE world, and ONE box are user-facing ecosystem projects that can host ONE chat as an in-context messaging surface.
  • ONE network is the operational layer ONE chat shares with the rest of the ecosystem.
  • The EXPL Nodes program runs the underlying infrastructure that ONE chat, like the rest of the ecosystem, leans on.
