Foundation Year
2026 is when the core infrastructure goes live: ONE chain shipped in Q1, EXPL deployed as an ERC20, EXPL Nodes reach operational scale, and the first wave of projects enters production.

Q1 2026: EXPL token deployment
- Deployed EXPL as an ERC20 on Ethereum
- Launched the liquidity pool with a 10M EXPL minimum
- Enabled liquidity mining
Q1 2026 (March): ONE chain — production launch
ONE chain went live on 19 March 2026, the foundational chain for the ONE ecosystem and the only ONE project currently in the Deployed stage.
- ONE chain — Deployed 19 March 2026 — chain.expl.one — Sovereign gas-free EVM blockchain for the ONE ecosystem
Q2 2026: EXPL Nodes — first batch
- 12,000 EXPL Nodes sold and operational
- Main distribution mechanism activates
- Node operators begin minting EXPL through on-chain contracts
Mid 2026: ONE pump — full production
- ONE pump enters full production at pump.expl.one
- Token sentiment tracking and daily voting system operational
- Points, rewards, and streak challenges active
Q3 2026: ONE network — production launch
- ONE network fully operational at network.expl.one
- Node stats, minting events, and pricing tiers live
- Liquidity pool integration and mining program operational
- Governance voting secured by node operators
Q4 2026: ONE world — beta launch
- ONE world enters beta at world.expl.one
- Multiplayer environment testing begins
- Early adopter program and community feedback cycle
